   * Fixed wrong parameters of getpeername() in thy_socket_is_alive() in
     src/network.c. namelen can't be NULL, so use an allocated variable.
     In addition, a glibc bug in getpeername() is triggered if name is NULL,
     so use an allocated structure until it is fixed.
   * Replaced gz_header with thy_gz_header in src/gzip.c to avoid a name
     conflict with zlib gz_header symbol.
