   * fixed Priority field handling and PkgSet priority calculation.
   * Updated setup.rb with patch from Paul van Tilburg to provide
     localstatedir and conffiles installation.
   * Using setup.rb hook to catch installation directories (nice idea
     from Paul van Tilburg).
   * Now using YAML config file instead of XML, so replaced every REXML
     and xsltproc reference with yaml and kwalify (config file is now
     much more redeable and can be validated directly into the program).
   * Fixed CSS path.
   * Added QA and Build summary links form PkgSet pages.
   * Added uncomplete sbuild input files generation.
   * Added sbuild input files links.
   * Replaced broken source code link with working project page link.
   * Increased Standards-Version (no changes needed).
